New: Modular Crop Growth and Storage System

Scalable

Designed around a common architecture both the physical unit and the control and automation systems can be sized according to their environment. This fact combined with the modular nature of the design means multiple units can be attached in the vertical direction and several vertical modules can be coupled into the horizontal direction maximising space efficiency.


Integrated

All scales of systems are totally closed loop and integrated. Multiple systems from a single site to multiple sites across large geographical areas are integrated into one control and automation eco system, with a common user interface accessible via a phone or PC web browser.

Each singular unit or group of units in a vertical module up to whole groups of vertical modules in a site can be set to grow or store produce using this common interface.


Monitoring and Control

The system can be parameterised with reporting functions during the life of the contained product being grown or stored. With in built environment sensing and “recipe” based templates for specific products, requirements can be set and modified as required and stored or shared with the community for future use.

Each unit can be set individually or groups of units can all be set together to maintain the same parameters / growth or storage cycle, depending on the requirements of the contained crops.


Our Modular Grow and Storage Systems are entirely closed loop and therefore can be installed in almost any environment or setting. We grow in a compost seed tray under controlled environmental conditions so any crop type can be grown with relative ease.

Everything from daylight scheduling, and daytime light intensity, heating and humidity control can be optimised to suit the plants requirements. For each plant a custom user created schedule can be set, stored and optimised.



Pre Sown Grow Trays Can Be Purchased on A Subscription or Individually for Easy Load and Change Over Of the Crop. The Optimal Growth Regime Is Set Via the QR Code on Entry Into the Module.


Renewable Energy

In addition to the core systems we can provide integrated renewable energy solar (agri-voltaics) and battery systems to aid energy demand and costs.

We are also working towards producing energy from biomass systems to complement the project enabling sites with land to provide their own independent energy and nutrient requirements.
